Disclosure Policy:
I didn’t start out with any affiliate links, but the cost of maintaining the website, traveling to conferences, and getting technical help has made me reconsider! Writing has become my most expensive “hobby” ever—more than making jewelry, making tutus, and reading…combined! 😉
So, to “keep the lights on here,” I hope to earn some money though affiliate links. That means that if you click on a link and purchase a product (for which I am an affiliate), I will receive compensation from the seller, at no cost to you. A few things about this:
- Not every link is an affiliate link. I will notify you if a post contains an affiliate link.
- I might have affiliate links in my sidebar. If so, they will be buttons you can click on to purchase a product.
- If you have subscribed to my newsletter, I may (from time to time) share with you about products I think are great or great sales on great products. Great news for you! Some of these will be affiliate relationships for me.
- I would only recommend products that I love, love, love.
Privacy Policy:
If you sign up for my emails and newsletters, know that I will not share your email address or name with any third party. Also know that, if you leave a comment, your email address will not be shared publicly; it is only collected to foil the spammers (those evil geniuses).
There may be third party advertisers and companies which utilize cookies to provide advertisements that would most interest you. I have no control over said cookies. This is not unique to my site, but is common across the internet.
Your IP address and other information (such as the day and time of your visit) is tracked for the purpose of understanding trends and helping me provide information that is most relevant and helpful. Again, this is not unique to this site, but is common practice across the internet.
On brittalafont.com you’ll find a lot of links to other sites, over which I have no control, nor do I have control over the privacy policies of those sites. Policies of other sites may differ from mine.
