I think an Easter menu should have yummy savory foods followed by delicious desserts. So here you go. You’re welcome! I like to serve ham on Easter (and Christmas too). This week I was excited to see someone shared a slow cooker recipe for the ham.
So, if you haven’t done your shopping yet for your Easter menu, here are some great ideas. Thank you to the bloggers who shared these wonderful posts. There are amazing people creating content online these days!
Recipes for the Ultimate Easter Brunch showcases an Easter Menu that looks delicious! Dish Up Love has curated some great options. I can’t wait to try to slow cooker ham (see above comment)!
Carrot Cake Cupcakes sounds delightful! This recipe by The Gracious Wife was inspired by one in Southern Living (the best magazine ever). Hubby would love this!
My daughter and I are totally making Skinny Strawberry Lemonade Cake! It looks easy and delish! Spoons of Grace even gives the nutritional information including calorie count (something I have been thinking of more lately)!
Annie’s Nom Noms has shared a simple recipe that looks impressive and festive for Easter! I am going to try Mini Egg Fudge this weekend. Let me know if you do too!
For the Paleo enthusiast, Nourishing Bites has created Lemon Lover Lemon Bars. This has a pecan crust and is both dairy and gluten free! It looks really yummy too!
Four Hungry Boys has shared something different this week: a Key Lime Pie Fail (where the texture was all wrong but the flavor was good), with a side of humility. I wanted to include this for all of us who don’t make the recipe perfect, every time. She says, “My recipe fail does not discourage me, it motivates me to attempt to bake another Key Lime pie. Imagine how great it will taste, if I perfect the texture?!” I love that! Don’t you?
