It seems like Spring is just barreling right ahead—like I’d better get on board or get run over!! With all that is going on, it is good to streamline somewhere in your life. This week I found some awesome recipes that require only 15 minutes of your time (or 10 or 5!). Of course, your oven will do more than its share of the work (which will usually take longer than 15 minutes), but you can move on to another project after a quarter of an hour and let that oven do the heavy lifting. I love that!
Easy Poor Man Chicken Pot Pie allows you to make a whole dinner (veggies included) for less than $11 with less than 10 minutes hands-on-time by you. Hey, Tidbits of Experience, we think that’s nothing short of amazing!
Spoons of Grace renovated the standard monkey bread recipe and pumped up the flavor by adding fresh strawberries. Skinny Mini Strawberry Shortcake Monkey Breads would be a great treat for your family or fun to serve at a dinner party. Only 15 minutes of prep time for you to make this treat!
Spoons of Grace strikes again. This treat only requires 5 minutes to put together and then 25 minutes in the oven. Easter M&M Cookie Bars are made from a cake mix and your leftover Easter candy. Reuse, recycle, repurpose!
I thought of my sweetie right away with Carrot Cake Baked Oatmeal. This looks like a cross between bread pudding and your morning bowl of oatmeal. Annie’s Noms gives us a healthy, but delicious, option for dessert breakfast.
I am a sucker for lemon desserts and Classic Lemon Drizzle Cake is no exception. With lemon zest and lemon juice and 2 sticks of butter…sounds like another winner from Annie’s Noms.
My daughter and I went to a traditional English tea once. The most memorable part for her was not the tea. The Cucumber Sandwich Recipe by The Gracious Wife reminds me of Gracie’s favorite dish from that event, so we will be making these soon!
