I love Salsa Verde (Fresh Green Salsa)!  And this recipe is very do-able and looks so fresh.  Mama’s High Strung suggests pairing it with eggs in the morning…mmmmm…genius!!

In keeping with the Mexican theme, I love the idea of having your own personal appetizer: For What It’s Worth’s Nine Layer Dip in a Jar!

From Kleinworth & Co, we have a fancy side for a dinner party or a fun one for the kids: Parmesan Roasted Potatoes. This would be scrumptious with a gorgeous steak or great as an after school snack.  Her picture makes my mouth water!!!

So…I can never get enough of salsa and Skinny Fitalicious shares healthy salsa recipe that you can whip up in short order: 5 Minute Spicy & Fresh Blender Salsa. Honestly, this is something I would make with a good heart because the time commitment is just about perfect for me!

This week’s guilty pleasure is from Flour on My Face. Add to that the fact that you can bring it to a church pot-luck or leave it on while you run errands. Haven’t you been waiting for Crock Pot Macaroni and Cheese your whole adult life?

Let’s end on a healthy note: Apple Cranberry Slaw is the A Life in Balance‘s antidote for guilty pleasures…all the pleasure, no guilt! It is Whole30 approved and I can’t wait to serve this to my family!
