All this is from God,
who reconciled us to himself
through Christ and
gave us the ministry of reconciliation.

In Christ…You Are:
A Victorious Peacemaker
If you are new to this study, Welcome! If you have missed anything (previous videos, challenges and printables), you can find them on the Come Study with Us, Inseparable page.
If you missed the announcement, we are planning a webinar/interview with our study author, Ashley Linne, on October 9 at 1pm (PDT) on Google Hangout Air.
You can “attend” or watch on the event page at the appointed time. You must have Google+ or gmail to attend the live event and participate in Q&A, (just be sure to let me know that you want to be “invited” if you intend to participate in the Q&A). Or you can watch (live) on YouTube—this link will also be good for watching the replay afterward, if you miss. If you are unable to participate in the Q&A, be sure to leave your questions in the comments or email me, then I will ask her myself. You can find all the instructions here.

The Three W’s
- God’s WORD for the week. I hope you enjoy this week’s printable (click here to download and print).. We have a bonus graphic for the start of my #Write31Days Challenge. Have you noticed all the extra posts flying around here? We are just getting started, too!
- Ashley’s WRITING (both from page 96):
“So, what does making peace look like? Do we all just become doormats? Do we stand idly by if a fellow believer is in self-destruct mode just to ‘keep peace’?…Being a peacemaking part of the Body of Christ involves hard work and often even struggle. We have to love each other enough to deal with the messier parts of our lives in order to bring repentance and healing.”
“We will always live with the tension of loving this who aren’t in Christ, yet resisting the temptation to align ourselves with the ‘corrupt world order.’ That is why we are both warriors and peacemakers.”
- See God’s Word at WORK in your world (this week’s challenge):
So, not much to do this week….just:
- Live at peace with God
- Live at peace with others
Meeting these goals will help us to feel at peace within ourselves. Pray and see where God is calling you to start!
Keep in mind we are called to reconcile with God and be ministers of reconciliation, and this should be our constant aim as we navigate through our days. I have a special interest in reconciliation, so you can read some of what I have written about it here, on the website and be sure to check out my book, you might also like the Prodigal Daughter 5-Day Devotional.
