So now we have come to end of Chapter One. On Page 7 you will find the Small Group Discussion Questions. If we were meeting in person, doing one chapter per week, we would definitely discuss these in class. But, with our format, rather than going over all of them I want to hit the highlights. 5) trusting in horses and chariots – in today’s world I think of pills, alcohol, “self-help” without God… Worldly things that make us happy, shopping etc
6)a better question for me may have been when did I not trust in those worldly things. It seems that before my relationship with God, those things were bandaids, not a true solution or resolution
