Y’all! It’s a nutty miracle!! Right up front, let me say that I have NOT made any of the recipes in this bee-u-tiful collage…but I sure want to.
I have used PB2 to enhance a pretty lame meal-replacement drink mix I bought (note to self: it’s not a value if you buy 4 bags for the price of 3 but can’t force yourself to drink them all). So PB2 is kind of a hero in my book—it thickens and enriches my thin and watery 310 Shake. Thank you PB2!
Have you ever used this stuff? PB2 is a powder made by extracting the oil (and much of the fat) from peanuts. It is high in protein and low in fat. The consistency is like flour. That is pretty ahhmazing.
Newsflash: this just in…
the much maligned peanut is back!
Beyond my protein drink misadventures, PB2 is the star in a few other recipes that I can’t wait to try. Apparently, some smart bakers and cooks have harnessed the goodness of PB2 for some really yummy purposes. Check them out here:
- 5 Ingredient (no bake) Peanut Butter Chocolate bars
- PB2 Flourless Chocolate Brownies
- Skinny Peanut Butter Cheesecake
- Skinny No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie
- 2 Ingredient Healthy Pancakes
- Peanut Butter Cookie Overnight Oatmeal
Yumm! So which one should I make first?
