In Christ, We Find God’s Best in the Mess

Inseparable· Slider Posts· The Very Truth

Last Monday, we finished the final chapter of Ashley Linne's Bible study, Inseparable: Who I Am, Was, and Will Be in Christ. I don't have a video for you today, just some final thoughts. We live in a world filled with chaos. Last week, we saw terrorism strike at the heart of France. And that sort ...

Loving Life: PB2 Recipes!

Celebrate with Food!

Y'all! It's a nutty miracle!! Right up front, let me say that I have NOT made any of the recipes in this bee-u-tiful collage...but I sure want to. I have used PB2 to enhance a pretty lame meal-replacement drink mix I bought (note to self: it's not a value if you buy 4 bags for the price of ...

Walking Through the Christian Year

This summer I wrote my very first book eBook. And I really enjoyed the process, mostly because, for once, I didn’t have to try to wrap everything up in 500 words or less. Sweet! But more profoundly, I got a glimpse at how God has woven together His Word, with my experiences, to teach me Truths about ...

When the first day of school is also the day your When the first day of school is also the day your firstborn drives herself to college, it’s a lot. We moved her stuff into her dorm last week. Today she got up early to say goodbye to Dad (too early! Not pictured 😂), her brother, her doggo, her piano, and her momma. Before she left, she made blueberry scones to share with her little bro @sjoshlafont —they homeschool and relocated together, went to @westminsteroakmtn together, and have shared a love of music, Legos, superheroes (and villains), Transformers, and so much more. She played my favorite song. She even made banana bread to bring to her new roomie. @graciethenerd You are my little nut brown hare, and I love you to the moon and back. Auburn University is a better place because you are there! ❤️

Also, so grateful for the wonderful school where she spent the last four years—the perfect place to land after years of homeschooling on the move. “For the LORD is good; his steadfast love endures forever, and his faithfulness to all generations.” (Ps 100:5) #curatingthegood #graduated🎓 #wisebeyondheryears @graciethenerd @lafonte04 @westminsteroakmtn
