Dish Up Love shares a recipe and the story behind it with Lemon Blueberry Mascarpone Cake and Marrying into an Italian Family. Reading this post must be like to hanging out in her kitchen while she bakes for you…except (aw snap!) No free samples!! 🙁
Annie’s Noms has two winners this week! First, her Blueberry and White Chocolate Cupcakes look like they are fresh from an upscale bakery and she includes a nifty short film clip to show how she fills the cupcakes—very Food Networkish! Second, Annie’s Lime Possets with Raspberry Sauce sound super tart and refreshing, but they look as cute as they are tasty. She says they only take about 10 minutes to make…sounds right up my alley 🙂 Both of these recipes would make your company feel very special!
Flour on My Face offers us a super healthy Pineapple Blueberry Granola recipe. As far as granola goes, this looks a little fancier than the normal fare. In fact, she recommends giving it to your favorite teacher for end of the year!
From I Dig Pinterest: Lime juice and zest, cream cheese, fresh whipped cream, vanilla, graham crackers…Blackberry Trifle sounds enough like a key lime pie to win me over. But 6 cups of blackberries puts it over the top for full-on freshness! This looks like a great dish to serve to family or to bring to a church picnic.
And Lamberts Lately shares a stunningly simple and sweet strawberry treat called Strawberry Pretzel Dip Recipe. This recipe is designed for the lunch box, but would also be well-loved as an after school treat, or on a platter at a ladies’ shower or brunch.
